Summerell Builders launched in 2010, and we’ve been on an amazing ride ever since.

We’ve grown from humble beginnings into one of the most successful family-owned home construction and remodeling businesses in Northwestern PA. We’ve also had the privilege of working on some of the finest homes in the region, and continue to provide our customers with the care and attention only a small business can.

About Matt

After spending several years working with various construction companies in Virginia and Pennsylvania, Matt Summerell launched Summerell Builders out of a desire to provide for his family. Since then, Summerell Builders has expanded into a flourishing home construction and remodeling business located in the heart of Erie, PA, where Matt resides with his wife Irina and their three children. In 2018 Matt and Irina pursued international adoption of two teenage kids from an Orphanage in Ukraine. They brought them home Beginning of 2019. They are a family of 5 kids now and a baby on the way due in February of 2021.
