He did exactly as I asked at a fair price. He was there every day until the job was finished. He was kind, very professional, and very much a gentleman at all times. He explained every step to me and also asked my opinion as to meet my expectations. If I should need another project I would contact him without hesitation. Matt (and his worker, Jared) totally gutted and remodeled my master bathroom. They laid a ceramic tile floor, put in a new shower stall, installed a new vanity and toilet and painted. They did an excellent job! They worked hard, cleaned up when they were done every day and were very professional and knowledgeable. Matt is extremely good at laying ceramic tile! I am so pleased with the job done and definitely highly recommend Summerell Builders!

Matt is very professional and takes pride in doing high quality work at reasonable prices. Matt was able to take our vision and build upon it. He worked with us on designing the wet bar, which we wanted to fit into our "southern plantation" theme. He is also well networked, which allows him to suggest suppliers for more specialized items, such as custom cabinets, granite, flooring, etc, that we otherwise would not have necessarily known where to go for the best value. We were always impressed by the level of respect that all of the suppliers we used have for Matt. We really looked to Matt as our general contractor in terms of bringing together the whole project together.
